Location
20 km north of Helsingborg, in the village of Nyhamnsläge directly at the Baltic Sea, lies this holiday home on a 1,000 sqm piece of land. The beach in front of the house is a great place to go swimming throughout the summer. In the town centre there are many beautiful old houses and the small harbour is definitely worth a visit. In town you can also buy groceries or eat at the local pizzaria. There is a nice cycling path that leads to Höganäs. And the castles Lerhamn and Krapperup are also not far from the house.
Facilities
This holiday home has 80 sqm and a comfortable living-room with a fireplace and a TV with German TV channels. There are three bedrooms, each furnished with one double bed. In an open attic space are three mattresses offer room for three additional guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with a freezer compartment, a cooker, as well as a dishwasher. In the bathroom guests will find a bathtub, a shower, a toilet and a washing machine. There is also an additional guest toilet on the groundfloor of the house. The house has central heating. There is a veranda with garden furniture and a great view of the Öresund.
Special arrangements
A comfortable and modern holiday home for the whole family. Throughout A, B, and C season guests can only arrive and depart on Saturday. Smoking is not permitted. Pets are not allowed. The guests have access to a parking spot for a car. The final cleaning is obligatory and costs 115 EUR. Linen and towels cannot be borrowed; guests have to bring their own. There is free Wifi in the house.
