Juelsminde is a charming seaport on the east coast of Jutland. Here you can stroll along the beach to the sound of lapping waves or enjoy the sunset from the harbour. The very centre of Juelsminde offers various shops, cosy eateries and a small gallery where you can experience local handicrafts of all kinds. Juelsminde is also surrounded by fascinating natural areas. Here you will find, among other things, Bjørnsknude, a long and pointed peninsula that stretches kilometres into the sea, where Vejle Fjord and Horsens Fjord meet. And right here, you might get lucky and catch both sea trout and hornfish.

In the area around Odder and Juelsminde you can enjoy magnificent and scenic surroundings with lush forests, hilly landscapes and winding coastal paths.
