Location
5 km north of the village Kivik lies this beautiful holiday home, only around 1,5 km away from a great bathing spot in the Baltic Sea. Supermarkets, a post office and a bank can be found in Kivik.
Facilities
This house has 72 square metres. The large living room with a fireplace and sofa offers a lot of space for the whole family. The kitchen is furnished with a cooker, dishwasher, microwave and a fridge with a freezer compartment. There are three bedrooms: two of these bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each, the third bedroom just has one single bed. There is a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The house has electric heating. Guests also have access to a washing machine, garden furniture, a grill as well as four old bicycles.
Special arrangements
A nice house with a modern interior. You can arrive and depart on any day of the week, however, you have to stay for at least a week. Smoking is not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Linen and towels can be borrowed for 100 SEK per person. The final cleaning service is obligatory and costs 125 EUR. If you want to go fishing in the Baltic Sea you do not need a fishing permit. There are some nice hiking trails close to the house. The cities Simrishamn and Ystad are both well worth a visit.
