Accommodations for 24 persons in a new-built apartment (Kerteminde Byferie) in a very nice environment in the outskirts of the idyllic fishing town of Kerteminde. One of Funen´s finest beaches is only 700 from the area. Housing is grouped into 3 separate apartments, all furnished with modern 3 beautiful living rooms in open connection with a modern kitchen, 4 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet, 8 bedrooms with double beds and 4 double beds in 3 sleeping loft. From the living rooms there is access to beautiful terraces overlooking the fields. Free access to a large dining room for 24 persons is included in the rental (exclusive use of consumption DKK 58,- per day in the off season and DKK 29,- per day in the main season). There is access to the many common facilities such as playground, barbecue area, nice atrium, playing area for smaller children as well as fish cleaning table and freezer common facilities. Moreover, access to the beautiful green fields.
The area
Kerteminde with its charming, built-together houses offers some of the best beaches on Funen as well as many nice shops, cafés and restaurants. From the idyllic harbor the fishing boats still sail out onto the sea. Here you can buy fresh fish in the morning. There are also many exciting sights and attractions for kids and adults.
Visit the Fjord&Bælt centre with seals, crabs and underwater-tunnel or the viking ship grave Ladbyskibet. Take on a boat trip on the fjord and visit the many exciting craftsmen and galleries in the area. The great attraction during summer is the cherry festival with a lot of specialties from Funen, music and a midnight song by the harbour.
