Well maintained holiday home with panoramic views over the water. The house is located a few meters from the beach in the attractive holiday area Hasmark Strand in the northern part of Funen. The house contains in the ground floor 3 bedrooms, an entrance hall with washing machine and staircase to the 1st floor and a nice bathroom. The upper floor contains a large living room with wood burning stove, energy efficient heat pump and in open connection with dining area and the well-equipped kitchen with stunning views of the Kattegat. From the living room there is access to 2 beautiful terraces. If you do not want to sit and enjoy the beautiful view, there is ample opportunity for activities and excursions - both in the area and a bit further afield. There is parking at Strandgyden, just opposite the house.
The area
Hasmark Strand is one of the attractive holiday home areas on Funen with a nice and child-friendly sandy beach. Right next to Hasmark Strand there is Enebærodde, a nature reserve which you only can walk to. In Hasmark you also find excellent fishing opportunities. On the camping site Hasmark Camping there are a restaurant, shopping facilities and a large aquapark which can be used if paid for. 8 km away from Hasmark you find the town Otterup with several good shopping facilities and restaurants. Odense which is Funen´s largest town is 18 km away from the area with lots of sights and shopping facilities.
