The apartment is in connection with the owner's house with own seperate entrance. It has a park-like garden on approx. 5000 m2 with a small lake with own boat, possibility for swimming, place for bonfire and own terrace. The apartment has a modern kitchen with a glass ceramic cooker, nice bathroom with a shower. The living room has a leather sofa set and dining table with a view to the lake. Everything is kept in bright colors. Access to the Internet and a stationary computer.
The area
4 kilometres from the estate is Vamdrup with possibilities for shopping. In Jels 10 km fro the estate there is the golf course "Royal Oak" and the lakes, which in the summer are used for outdoor swimming with life guard and rent of canoos. You can also experience the famous viking shows on the outdoor stage and there are great possibilities for fishing. Sommerland Syd is also worth a visit with 84 exciting attractions for the whole family. 20 kilometres from the house is the old town of Kolding. Among others there is the old castle Koldinghus with view over the lake and Trapholt art museum. The town has a nice pedestrian street with a lot of nice shops and the Kolding shopping mall which is one of the largest in Denmark.
