The house has a nice double bedroom, a bunk room (note that the bunk size is 190 cm), bathroom with shower and washing machine, kitchen with dining area and access to sunken living room (three steps down) with heat pump and wood stove. There is also a bedroom with double sofa bed and with its own door to the terrace.There are also a guest bed and a high chair.

Hejlsminde is a nice holiday home area with a fine beach, beautiful nature and good fishing opportunities. You also find a swimming-pool, a cafeteria and a restaurant in Hejlsminde. The historic towns of Christiansfeld, Haderslev and Kolding are within short distance from Hejlsminde. In Kolding, 15 km north of Hejlsminde, there are good shopping facilities in the walking street and in the shopping mall as well as a large aqua park with wellness center. In Kolding you can also find exciting sights such as the museums Koldinghus which is an ancient castle and the design museum Trapholt.
