This is a charming and atmospheric holiday house, in an attractive location,situated only 200 m from a particularly scenic beach the end of a cul-de sack in a peaceful holiday area.
The house has a spacious and well equipped separate kitchen and a lovely large living room with a wood burning stove and an environmental earth- heath pump, making it cosy and cheap to heat in the winter. There are wooden floors through-out , visible joists and high ceilings. From the living room there is access to a double bedroom and the garden room with sliding windows.The spacious hallway gives access to a well appointed bath room with shower cabinet and a vanity unit, washing machine and tumble drier. The second bed room with two single beds is conveniently located opposite the bathroom at the entrance door. A freezer is installed in the cupboard in the hall-way near the kitchen.There is also the possibility for one or two people to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
The large patio area is surrounded with rose hedges and the enclosed garden is planted up with native plants making it a heaven for wildlife.There is parking for two cars in the drive way.
