Summerhouse on big plot near Sorø
Interior
This holiday home has a combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen is light and well equipped with an oven, induction hob, dish washer and a fridge freezer. The living room is lovely with big windows, a log burner and several doors with direct access to the big veranda. There is a cozy dining-alcove with a nice view to the garden. The living room has comfortable light furniture and a flat-screen television. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. There are three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed; the third bedroom has bunk beds for four persons. Furthermore, there is a loft room with room for more persons sleeping on mattresses. There is also a cot and a high chair available in the house.
Final cleaning is mandatory.
Outdoors
The house is set on a big fenced in 2000 m2 plot with a lovely wooden partly covered veranda. This gives you the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. There is patio furniture, a parasol and a BBQ.
Surroundings
The summer house is situated on a central spot of Zealand in a little holiday house area by the village Munke Bjergby. The area has a magnificent countryside with a big wood and many lakes. The area has a resemblance to a plantation and can be considered a recreational area with a big plantation within walking distance where you can enjoy exercising or walking on the forest paths. There are bathing places by the lakes Sorø Sø and Tystrup Sø. The water in these lakes is so clean that bathing places have been categorized as Blue Flag Beaches. The Blue Flag is only granted to bathing places with very high water quality and good facilities. Less than 10 minutes drive from the house is the town of Sorø with supermarkets, shops and restaurants. From here you also have access to the motorway towards either Copenhagen or Funen and Jutland. There is only one hour’s drive to Copenhagen with a variety of experiences to suit the whole family.
