Interior
The holiday house is fitted with combined kitchen and living room. Bright and modern kitchen with ceramic stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, and dishwasher. The living room has a plentitude of light from large window sections and a stunning sea view. Excellent dining spot, from where you can enjoy the view. Couch section with corner couch in leather, firing furnace, and flat screen TV. Large, bright bathroom with black tiles, shower niche, whirlpool, and floor heating. Entrance with washer. Extra room with toilet and zinc. Four bedrooms. One master bedroom with one double bed, sea view, and large cupboards. One with one double bed and two with bunks. Furthermore, sub-ceiling with two sleeping places on mattresses. Heating pump, firing furnace, and electrical heating heat the house.

Exteriors
The house is situated on a 2,400 m2 plot with two terraces. Nice wooden terrace in front of the house, and large tiled terraces around the rest of the house. From both terraces, you have opportunity to enjoy the sea view. At the house, you find garden furniture, parasol, and BBQ.
Surroundings
The holiday house is located high on the plot giving you a stunning view of the Bay of Sejerø. You only have 500 m to the beach area, which is found high in a scenic area with dunes right to the water. Here, you find sand beach via a bathing bridge, good fishing opportunities and kayaking. 1 km from the house, you find an 18-holes challenging and beautiful golf course. Close by the house, you find Denmark’s largest vineyard, where you can have a guided tour combined with wine tasting. On the very tip of Røsnæs, you find a preserved natural area with a unique flora and fauna, an area also giving you hiking and biking paths. You can shop in the harbour city Kalundborg, only 8 km away, where you find a number of shops and points of sightseeing. You will e.g. find the old part of Kalundborg with its wold renowned 800-year-old 5-tower church.
