Bright living room with several cosy spots, firing furnace, nice dining spot, and exit to a 40 m2 conservatory with lots of natural light from the large window sections. The conservatory is equipped with corner couch, dining table, and flat screen TV. Bathroom with shower niche and washer. Three bedrooms, all with two single beds. One of the bedrooms is placed in an annex. Heating pump, firing furnace, and electrical heating heat the house.
Exteriors
The house is situated on a 1,200 m2 plot with a tiled terrace around the entire house. At the holiday house, you find garden furniture, deck chairs, parasol, and BBQ.
Surroundings
The holiday house is located in tranquil surroundings only 500 m from the beach, which holds a bathing jetty. Saltbæk is part of a major holiday house area north to Kalundborg. The area is famous for lovely beach areas and fine fishing opportunities. Close to the area, you find both forest and large natural preserve. 6 km to the nearest shopping facilities.
