Modern holiday home from 2009 situated on a lovely plot just 150 meters from the beach in the holiday area Trend. The house contains a nice and bright living room with fireplace and large windows, modern open kitchen in opening with the living room, bathroom with heated floors. 1 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 beds. In the single bedrooms, the beds are put together to double beds, but can be moved apart. From the living room there is access to the large terrace area with both open, covered and screened patio and garden. In the carport there is a room with fish cleaning area.

The area

Trend is a popular holiday home area with a nice and child-friendly beach, camping site and good opportunities for windsurfing and fishing. The area offers beautiful nature, and you are close to a restaurant and shopping facilities. Rønbjerg Feriecenter with aquapark, bowling and tennis are close to the area. Trend is also known as an excellent kitesurfing area.
