Location
This house was built in 2009 on a 5,800 square metre plot of land close to Hjo. The house lies at the end of a road in a quiet holiday home area, on the edge of a forest. A large lake, great for swimming, is only around 5 minutes away from the house. The village Hjo lies directly at the lake Vättern, and it takes about 10 - 15 minutes to get there by car.
Facilities
The house has 107 square metres. In it you will find three bedrooms: two with a double bed and the third bedroom with two single beds. There is a large living room and kitchen area with a fireplace, satellite TV and a big sofa. The kitchen has a cooker, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a toaster as well as a fridge with a freezer compartment. There are also two bathrooms, both with a shower and a toilet. Guests also have access to a washing machine and a dryer as well as a saune in a separate building. The whole house has under floor heating. Guests will also find garden furniture, a grill, and a parasol.
Special arrangements
A modern holiday home with a child friendly garden. Throughout A, B and C season you have to arrive and depart on Saturdays. During D season you can arrive and depart on any day of the week. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Linen and towels can be borrowed for 12 EUR per person. The final cleaning is obligatory and costs 80 EUR. The owner will charge a deposit of 200 EUR, which will be refunded after departure minus electricity costs. Firewood for the fireplace is available to guests free of charge. A small rowing boat for 2 persons is also available free of charge and is either in the carport opposite the house or at the lake. If you do not have the possibility to bring the small boat to the lake yourself, there is the possibility that a neighbor will do this for a fee. Another rowing boat for 4 persons (4,50m x 1,50m) can be rented additionally.
There are several golf courses close to the house. There are also special routes for jogging and hiking. In the winter you can go skiing in the area.
