Hvidbjerg is the largest town on Thyholm and is located in the middle of the island with restaurants and shopping facilities. Near Oddesund there are excellent fishing opportunities. The Limfjord area offers lots of attractions, such as the funpark Jesperhus Feriepark, the open air museum Hjerl Hede or the North Sea aquarium. Also Struer with shops, cafés and restaurants is within reach.
