Description
The house is in the beautiful cottage area Søndbjerg on a closed road with only 6 houses. The house was completely renovated in 2010. The living room has energy-saving heat pump and firewood as well as a large opening to the kitchen. There is a door to the terrace at the large kitchen-dining room. The bathroom and guest toilet are in connection with each other. In the bathroom there is a beautiful infrared sauna, shower, washing machine and with underfloor heating. The house has also 3 beautiful bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 double bed, 2 single beds. The house is fisch-friendly equipped with i.a. smoke oven for fish, large freezer, fish cleaning table, etc. For the children there are a swing set with slide and sandpit, and in addition there are various games on the plot.

The area
The holiday home area Søndbjerg Strand is one of the most popular areas on the peninsula Thyholm. Søndbjerg Strand borders to the holiday home area Serup and is located close to Oddesund. The area is located on the eastside of Thyholm with lots of woods and paths. Søndbjerg Strand is a very nice and popular holiday home area with a child-friendly beach with bathing jetties. As the area is facing east, you normally find many places with shelter from the wind along the beach. The town Hvidbjerg is 10 km away from the area, and there are several places to dine out and good shopping facilities. Thyholm offers a very nice and varied nature with nice beaches, large cliffs and the nature reserve Thy. The North Sea is only 30 minutes away by car. Near Oddesund there are excellent fishing opportunities. The Limfjord area offers lots of attractions, such as the funpark Jesperhus Feriepark, the open air museum Hjerl Hede or the North Sea aquarium. Also Struer with shops, cafés and restaurants is within reach.
