A nice house with plenty of room for 2 families who would like to spend a holiday together, but also want to be a little separate.
The nearest beach is Bøgeskov Strand with a small jetty, or alternatively 16 km to Magleby Strand in the north or Rødvig in the south.

On the first floor there is a lovely dining area with the most beautiful view of the water.

Large walkway with glass partition with great water views - here you can sit and enjoy in beautiful wicker furniture, and enjoy nature's walk just outside the large windows - see large and small ships sailing past on the water.
Then you come over to the second part of the house - and on the first floor of the second part of the house there is:

On large open repos there is one workplace - and here are also 2 double sofa beds and coffee tables.

From the living room there is access to a terrace opposite the water - here you can find shelter when it blows from the water side. Here is also nice evening sun. Good garden furniture.
Kitchen with dishwasher, stove with 4 hotplates, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle as well as all tableware and kitchen equipment.
