Nice and well-kept log house located with a view across the sea in the idyllic holiday home area Horne Sommerland. The house contains a living room with woodburning stove and large panorama windows so that you can enjoy the view towards the sea, a modern kitchen with a wine fridge in open connection with the living room, 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom with hand-held shower. Outside the house there is an outdoor shower. From the living room you can access a large wooden terrace from where you have a nice view across the sea and the garden with fire pit. There is another terrace by the entrance.
The area
Horne Sommerland is a minor holiday home area which is only 7 km away from Fåborg. South Funen is known for its very special and hilly nature with Svanninge Bakker, the so-called Funish Alps, and the beautiful and unique archipelago.
The idyllical harbour town Fåborg is only 10 minutes away by car with nice shops, cultural sights, restaurants and an indoor swimming-pool. South Funen has a lot to offer. Take a day trip to the islands of Lyø, Avernakø or Ærø. The ferry leaves daily from the harbour in Faaborg. Egeskov Castle, which is one of Funen´s largest attractions, is also worth a visit as well as Odense, Funen´s largest town, which is only 30 minutes away by car from the area.
