Partly renovated holiday home in 1st row towards the sea with direct access to a beach. The house is located on a nice open plot with a panorama view across the sea in the holiday homea area Slude Strand.The house includes a cosy living room with woodburning stove and open modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms and an elder bathroom. From the living room there is access to a terrace and the garden. Groups of young people not allowed.

The area

Slude Strand is a very calm and beautiful nature area with a hilly landscape 8 km south of Nyborg. Nyborg is the largest town on East Funen with a walking street with many exciting shops and restaurants, an idyllic harbor, golf course and indoor aquapark.
