This apartment for 4 persons is established on the ground floor in the Southern Gate House. The apartment includes a cosily decorated living room with double sofabed and a nice view across the sea, separate modern kitchen, 1 bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower. During A- and B-season, the apartment can only be rented from Friday to Friday.
The castle Valdemars Slot
The castle Valdemars Slot is located on Tåsinge close to the idyllic old fishing town Troense surrounded by some of Denmark´s most beautiful nature. The castle is located right by the Danish South Sea with a fantastic view across the islands of Thurø and Langeland. In the beautiful gate houses, there are 3 apartments set up in the best style. The gate houses are a part of the main building. As a tenant you live right next to Valdemar slot, the many opportunities offered by the estate and the possibilities in the surrounding nature. The castle is only 7 km away from the old town of Svendborg. From May to September Valdemar slot is open for visitors. In the castle museum you can walk around the very beautiful rooms, halls and chambers. The area around Valdemar Slot also offers many other attractions such as the Museum of Sailors, miniature golf, relaxing walks in the Nørreskov woods, the beautiful beach with blue flag or the unique boat trip to Svendborg by ferry M / S Helge. There are a café and a restaurant on site.
Free access to the castle museum
As a tenant you are entitled to free access (once) to the castle museum during the stay. The offer is only current in the opening period of Valdemars slot.

You can book this holiday home online for a minimum of 3 nights (except in July/August). If you are interested in booking 1-2 nights with arrival Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, please contact the office.
