Holiday home with a unique location in Skårupøre Strand only a few metres away from the sea. There is a panorama view across the sea from the plot and the the house. The house was modernized in 2005 and includes a living room with nice furniture, dining room separate kitchen, new bathroom, extra toilet and 3 nice bedrooms.

The area
The area is not a traditional holiday home area, but there are very good opportunities for fishing and swimming. During summer you can shop groceries on the camping site nearby. SKårup is about 4 kilometres away from the area with a grocery store. The closest bigger town is Svendborg which is 8 kilometres away from the area.
