This superb holiday house is located in the village Havnebyen, only 10m from stony/sandy beach.
Interior
The holiday house is divided into two levels with kitchen, bathroom and separate entrance on both levels.
The ground floor contains a lovely reception room. There are two great bathrooms with shower and 3 really nice bedrooms with ample storage as well as an excellent kitchen with dishwasher. The first floor contains 2 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and tub. Furthermore a lovely reception room with access to a superb terrace from where you can enjoy the sun from morning till evening. From the ground floor as well as from the first floor you have a fantastic sea view. Everything in the house stands light and inviting. You are welcome to use the bricklaid barbecue on the terrace, and you can re-charge your electric car by the house - remember your cable.
Location / the area
The holiday house is located only 10m from the sea and within walking distance to fish restaurants, smokehouse and fishmonger. So here you really have the opportunity to taste freshly caught fish; the bouillabaisse in Restaurant Den Gyldne Hane is highly recommendable. The area also offers various activities such as bicycle tours, walks and bathing. Do not forget to visit Lumsaas Mill, the Tuna Fish Museum and Odden Church. Also the vineyard Ørnberg, which several times has been elected Denmark’s best, is certainly also worth a visit. So is a day excursion to the amusement park Sommerland Sjælland with its big Aqua Land, your children will love you for that.
