The house offers a smallish lounge and kitchen. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed respectively. The small house has been carefully renovated and has a nice bathroom with shower. It is located only 150m from the sea, and you can clearly hear the waves from the garden and feel the sea air. In the cosy annex you have a double bed.

In this cosy house you find the combination of tranquillity, peace and nature. If you love the sea – you have it on both sides of Odden. The house is located between two beaches. The distance to the closest is only 150m, and in the bathing season, it is provided with a broad bathing jetty. If you like freshly caught fish and the cosy atmosphere in a small fishing village with restaurants and a smokehouse, Havnebyen at Sjællands Odde is not far away. Here you also find a fishmonger and the Tuna Fish Museum. Take a walk on the Kattegat side on the scenic Mosrosevej. In the market town Nykøbing Sjælland there is good shopping on the pedestrian street as well as a large selection of good restaurants and independent shops.
