Interior
This two-storey summerhouse can accommodate up to 8 people and offers 4 cosy and inviting bedrooms, and you are allowed to bring your dog on the holiday as well. The house has 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet, so every convenience has been thought of in this holiday home. The house is modern and bright with large, alluring windows that let the beautiful sea views flood in.
The panoramic windows in the open-plan kitchen and living room allow you to enjoy the view of the sea and Ajstrup beach from the stove, dining table and sofa.
The kitchen is new and has plenty of counter space and all the necessary cooking facilities such as an oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave. From the kitchen you have a good overview of the rest of the room, where all the guests can gather and enjoy many hours together. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table, from which the large floor-to-ceiling windows provide a lovely light and view of the beautiful surroundings.
In open connection is also the living room and the sofa corner, where you can sit down and enjoy the view or switch on the TV, which has Danish and German channels as well as a Chromecast, where you can stream your own content. The woodburning stove by the sofa makes this a really cosy and warm place to gather in the colder months. From the living room is access to a fantastic, covered terrace with a view of Ajstrup beach.
On the ground floor you find a bedroom and bathroom with a bathtub and large shower. There is also a guest toilet here.
A basement offers another toilet and more comfortable bedrooms, which are bright and have plenty of closet space. The basement also has an activity room equipped with table tennis and billiards.
Outdoors
The summerhouse is located in a quiet area, and the open garden is surrounded by a green hedge, so you can spend time here undisturbed. From the kitchen-dining room there is access to the partially covered tiled terrace to the east, so you can take your meals or morning coffee outside and enjoy the spectacular view of Ajstrup Beach, which is only 50 metres from the house. It couldn't be easier to go down for a dip.
The area
The summerhouse is ideally located at Ajstrup Beach, which is a lovely sandy beach with a forest close by. The east coast of Jutland offers many beautiful and child-friendly beaches, and Ajstrup beach is no exception.
The summerhouse is only about 15 kilometres south of Aarhus, so it doesn't take long to get to Jutland's largest city. Just 14 kilometres from the house is Odder, a charming town with plenty of shopping opportunities. Here you'll also find bowling and the mini golf course "Kuglen og Keglen", a swimming hall, golf course and Denmark's largest Kvickly, a grocery store.
You can also explore Norsminde, which is close by and offers beautiful nature and cosy surroundings. There are several dining options at all price levels. You can also buy fresh fish to take home and grill on the terrace.
