Interior
Welcome to a fantastic holiday home newly renovated in 2021. Absolutely wonderful location with beautiful panoramic sea views and close to the city of Aarhus.
Everything in this cottage appears bright and fine with a tasteful and modern decor. The heart of the house is the large kitchen / living room where you can enjoy the beautiful sea view from all the large windows. Both outside and inside, this location, very close to the water, can be seen and enjoyed all day long.
The new modern kitchen contains everything you need during your stay, as well as a large dining area with beautiful sea views and space for the whole family. There is a lovely cosy corner with a wood burning stove, which would certainly bring the family together on those chilly days.
The living room also has a wonderful view from the sofa, but of course there is also TV with Danish, German, Swedish and Norwegian channels.
There is also a chromecast for streaming. There is free internet with a speed of 100/100 Mbit.
The summer house has four good bedrooms all with comfortable mattresses. There are two bedrooms with two single beds each and two bedrooms with double beds. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, underfloor heating, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outdoor
From the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to bed, you are at ones by the sea aswell as all the opportunities in Aarhus and what the surrounding area offers.
The summer house has a nice open terrace facing the sea with several garden furniture and sun loungers. Here you will surely start the day with morning coffee and the most beautiful view. Behind the house is a nice enclosed garden again with several garden furniture and a covered terrace with lounge furniture and a barbecue where the day's meals can be prepared. Here you can end the day with evening sun and cosy up with the family.
Location
This cottage has a dream of a location on Rude Beach, which is child-friendly, shallow and with fine-grained sand. Just 800 metres from the house there is an ice cream parlour, restaurant, pizza parlour and a beach shop with groceries and freshbaked bread.
Nearby, you can swing a club at Denmark's oldest miniature golf course and in the summer of 2021 at Denmark's newest miniature golf course.
10 minutes drive from the cottage is Odder town with many shopping opportunities on the shopping street with exciting shops. If you want to challenge each other in a game of bowling, we recommend visiting "Kuglen og Keglen" in Odder.
The range of attractions is great - close by - just south of Aarhus you will find the new Moesgaard Museum and in Aarhus you will find both Den Gamle By and ARoS as well as Tivoli Friheden.
A little further afield you can choose from Djurs Sommerland, Aqua in Silkeborg, Kattegat Centre, Givskud Zoo, the prison in Horsens and not forgetting Legoland. All attractions are within an hour or less.
