Interior
Welcome to the nicest holiday house, that is totally renovated in 2020 and everywhere appears with a modern and cozy interior design.
Here there is room for 6 adults and a dog both inside and outside.
There is 2 nice bedrooms, both with double beds with good mattresses, and in one of the bedrooms there is a TV.
In addition, there is a nice double bed for 2 people in a newly built annex from 2022.
The modern kitchen has everything that you are going to need during your stay. It is an open kitchen with directly access to a dining area and living room. When the weather is for “indoor coziness” there is a sofa group with TV, which has Danish, German, Swedish and Norwegian channels, as well as a wood stove that you can light up at the cool days. For the TV there is a Chromecast and DVD/VHS player.
The room here is ideal for you to gather, enjoy time, each other, play board games and relax.
The bathroom of the house has a shower and a toilet.
Outdoor
The holiday house is located at a quiet road with limited traffic in the famous part of Juelsminde, close to both “Storstranden” and the city center.
You will get many opportunities to enjoy the outdoor life by the house. At the three terraces of the house you can enjoy the sun all day in the nice garden furniture and loungers. One of the terraces is covered. You can always find a place where there is shelter and maybe some of the meals will be prepared at the grill of the house.
There is just 200 m. to a really nice bathing beach with a lovely sandy bottom. So, in a few minutes walk you can be standing with your feet in the sand, enjoy a swim, relax by the water, or maybe go for a walk in the beautiful nature of the area. There is a bathing bridge at the beach close to the house.
The garden of the holiday house is fenced, so you can safely let your dog out when it needs it.
Location
The holiday house is located at the popular “Gamle Juelsminde” close to Storstranden.
Juelsminde is known for the cozy maritime harbor, the child friendly beaches and the cozy city center with several exciting business, good shopping opportunities, eating places and attractions. The area is nicely calm, and here you can relax, while there is plenty of activities for the family.
The house is only 500 meters from the harbor, a walk that can be easily taken on foot along the water. Here you can experience the cozy atmosphere at the marina and maybe enjoy a freshly cooked fish at the restaurant and visit the ice cream shop. There is also the opportunity to challenge the family in mini golf, catching crabs from the bathing bridge or just enjoy the view and the maritime atmosphere.
There is also just 500 meters from the house to buy groceries. Easy and close to the most.
Juelsminde “Put & Take” is located at Tofteskoven a few hundred meters from the city and the harbor. You will find the lake at Tofteskovvej 1 – there are good parking facilities.
Experience the new Naturlegepark which is located within 1,5 km. with 8 meters high play towers placed against Odelsbjerget, a wealth of play equipment, facilities, tracks, and challenges as well as 2 new paddle tennis courts. The varied selection of activities means that you can play and be challenge for hours.
If you like golf, you can find a golf course with 18 holes only 2 km. away.
Juelsminde is also located close to many of Jutland´s biggest attractions like Legoland and Givskud Zoo.
