Interior
Welcome to this cozy summer house with a large and beautiful garden. There is room for 4 adults, 1 child and a pet. The sleeping accommodation is divided into a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and a mattress, and a sofa bed in the living room. The house has a nice open kitchen connected to the cosy living room. There is room for the whole family to snuggle up in front of the TV, or by the wood-burning stove. The kitchen contains all the essential equipment you may need during your stay. The bathroom of the house contains toilet, bath and washing machine. From the living room there is access to the terrace.
In the house there are TV channels, internet 100/100 and the possibility to stream via the house's Chromecast.
Outdoor
The summer house has both a covered terrace and an open terrace on both sides of the house. There is nice garden furniture, a couple of sun loungers and a parasol, so you can enjoy the many summer evenings outside. There is both a gas grill and a charcoal grill on the terrace, so there is plenty of opportunity to prepare the many meals of the vacation outside. In the garden there is a swing and a fireplace, so the little ones can play while the adults prepare some "snobrød" (twisted bread).
At the house there are 2 bicycles that may be used at your own liability, in the condition they are found.
There is also a charger for an electric car.
Location
Located only 250 meters to the sandy beach, the house is also close to the small harbor of Norsminde. Here you can visit Fiskehuset and have a light meal on the dock or you can dine at the well-known, Norsminde Kro.
If you are into hiking, there is plenty of opportunity to do so, as you can walk around the coast as well as into the fjord itself. You should also not miss the opportunity to walk all the way around Kysing Næs, which is a nice trip.
The summer house is close to Aarhus and the bus leaves from the harbour several times a day. For example, take the bus into Aarhus and enjoy a cup of coffee or lunch by "Åen" in the middle of the city, and then take a walk up the shopping street. We also recommend a visit to the Aros art museum and "Musikhuset", located in the city centre.
The central location of the summer house in East Jutland means you're close to both the biggest attractions and the best cultural activities. Legoland, Givskud Zoo, Djurs Sommerland, Kattegatcentret and many other major attractions are within driving distance of the house.
