Interior design
This cosy cottage is modern, bright and friendly. A new kitchen was installed in 2021, and from here there is an open connection to the living room and the extension. In the living room of the new extension, there is a steep staircase to the living area from where there is a lovely view and a view to the water. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms. One with a double bed, the other with a single bed and a bunk bed. In addition, from the kitchen-living room there is a steep staircase to the first floor, where there is a bedroom with a double bed as well as space for living. New separate bathroom and toilet with shower, underfloor heating and washing machine.
Outdoors
The summer house is situated on a natural plot. There are many cosy corners in the garden where the family can sit and enjoy the holiday. Among other things, there is a fireplace.
Location
The summer house is located at Dyngby Beach. The house is only 150 metres from a child-friendly sandy beach. At the beach you can enjoy sunrise and if you are lucky you can also see guinea pigs playing in the calm sea. The holiday home area is peaceful and there is quiet for contemplation and relaxation. The harbour town of Hou is a few kilometres away and there are good opportunities for grocery shopping. In Hou there are many activities and it is buzzing with life in the summer. Among other things, the Hou Harbour Festival is held here. From Dyngby it is only a 10 minute drive to Odder City. In Odder you can take a walk along the pleasant streets and visit the local Odder Museum.
