Interior
It is a property with large renovated pool area with 48 m2 saltwater swimming pool, spa bath, sauna, exercise equipment, pool table, flat screen TV and stereo, which is possible to connect to your IPhone. There is direct access from the pool area to a large enclosed terrace, where the sun is to be found all day. The bathroom connected to the pool and activity room has two showers.
The house is divided into two levels. On the ground floor with entrance from the pool area is the well equipped kitchen. From there is the stair to the first floor with a large living room. It opens furthermore to a smaller living room with a double bed and TV. From the living room there is also access to two double bedrooms. There is large Aura TV package and DVD. The swimming pool is environmentally friendly (CO2 neutral) because it is heated with wood pellets.
Outdoor
The holiday at this property offers many opportunities, because it is located in beautiful surroundings with a small lake, forest and river. From the pool department there is direct access to a large open enclosed terrace. In addition, there is a large covered terrace. There is a ball court, a golf course, a petanque track and then it is also possible to fish in the 700 m stretch of Aarhus River, which runs through the ground.
It is also possible to rent a nice and cozy grill hut on site. The grill-hut can be purchased for DKK 500, - per. week.
The owner has three friendly and playful dogs waiting to welcome you.
Location
Experience a city holiday while living in beautiful natural surroundings. Hasselager is a suburb of Aarhus, which makes you close to Denmark's second largest city with all the experiences that come with it. Visit the ARoS Art Museum and see exciting exhibits in the absolutely stunning building. At the top of the building is the most beautiful view from the rainbow, named Your Rainbow Panorama. From there you can enjoy the view of whole of Aarhus and beyond the bay. Also visit the “Old City” and take a walk in the Latin Quarter in inner Aarhus. Relax by the exposed river, which is the heartbeat of the city.
Close to Aarhus is a forest, a beach and a harbor environment. There is opportunity to fish in Put and Take at Pinds Mølle just 3 km away.
