Welcome to a very well maintained quality summer house with a fantastic location and beautiful panoramic sea view at As Vig - close to Juelsminde.
Everything in this house appears bright and fine with a tasteful decor. The heart of the house is the large kitchen / dining room, where you can enjoy the beautiful views from all the large windows.
The modern kitchen contains everything you need during your stay, as well as a large dining area with beautiful sea views and space for the whole family.
The living room also has a wonderful view from the sofa, but of course there is also TV with Danish, German, Swedish and Norwegian channels.
There is free internet with a speed of 100/100.
The summer house has four good bedrooms all with comfortable mattresses and two bathrooms. There are two bedrooms with two single beds each, there is one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a double bed with direct access to the bathroom.
There is underfloor heating throughout the house. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
A house that works really well for the large family or perhaps two smaller families.
Outdoor
The beautiful and well maintained garden has several both open and covered terraces around the house. Here there is great opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors. Here you will find garden furniture and sun loungers as well as a barbecue where holiday meals can be prepared and enjoyed with the family.
In the garden there is a garden pool and a large lawn where the children can play while the adults enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace.
With only 100 metres to a fine sandy beach, it is ideal for many swimming trips and nice walks along the water.
There is a robotic lawnmower in the garden. A gardener also comes by every Friday morning to quickly mow the grass, so it always looks nice.
Location
As Vig is a lovely summer house area with a good sandy beach. From the cottage it is a short walk to the grocery store, water and forest. The maritime port town of Juelsminde, which offers many activities, restaurants and shopping, can be reached in a few minutes by car.
Experience the brand new Nature Play Park located in Juelsminde with 8 meter high play towers located up the Odels mountain, a wealth of play equipment, facilities, courts and challenges as well as 2 new padel tennis courts. The varied range of activities means there are hours of play and challenge.
The location in the heart of Denmark also offers the opportunity to visit some of East Jutland's biggest attractions such as Djurs Sommerland and LEGOLAND.
We can also recommend driving to Horsens which is about a 20 minute drive from the house. Here you can, among other things, experience the old state prison which has now been turned into a museum. An activity for both children and adults.
