This is a beautiful, welcoming and very well maintained cottage. Open kitchen in connection to the living room from where there is a sea view and several settees. With a woodburning stove and a heat pump as heating sources the power consumption is low. A spacious house with two bedroom units each with its own bathroom. This makes the house suitable for both one and two families. All four bedrooms have double beds. Furthermore, there is Internet in the house that makes it possible to combine leisure with work.
Outside
The cottage has beautiful terraces surrounding the house. From here outdoor life can be enjoyed. Garden furniture, deck chairs and sunshades are to be found outside. In the house there are both a charcoal and a gas barbecue.
Location
The house is located in a quiet holiday village - a few minutes walk from a family friendly beach with clear water and small waves. Great areas to go on a bike ride and follow the quiet roads through the small villages. From Dyngby Strand there is a 25 min drive to Aarhus, Denmark's second largest city, which include The Old Town, and the amusement park Tivoli Friheden. And a 10 min drive to the town of Odder, which offers grocery shopping as well as a cosy pedestrian street.
