This lovely holiday house has a fantastic location in a quiet area of natural beauty, between beach, town and harbour in the beautiful Geopark Odsherred, and is well suited for families as well as couples.
Interior
The house contains a beautiful light reception room with wood burner, heat pump and a dining section. There are 2 good and spacious bedrooms with double beds and good storage space, as well as a smaller bedroom for children with a bunk bed, a lot of toys and an abundance of VHS films. Furthermore there is a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen with a view of the wonderful garden. From the reception room you have access to the big covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen, where you can prepare the dinner and enjoy a glass of wine. The big terrace is divided into a covered and an open section, and here you also find the outdoor shower that is only in use from May 01 to October 01. On the opposite side of the house there is another open terrace, where you can enjoy the morning sun. In the lovely garden there is room for ball games and playing. The garden is totally fenced and therefore well suited for dogs.
Location / the area
The house is located in a holiday house area of natural beauty, only 1700m from one of the best sandy beaches in Odsherred. Geopark Odsherred offers an abundance of experiences such as exciting walking trails and bicycle routes as well as various water activities such as kayaking, seal safari and SUP. Within walking distance you find the market town of Nykøbing Sj. with good shopping possibilities, interesting independent shops, really good restaurants and the cosy yachting harbour. The area offers many museums, farm shops and excursion spots that present the unique landscape in the most beautiful way. Visit f. inst. Vejrhøj, the third-highest point on Zealand with a unique view of the Sejerø Bay, or take a trip to Rørvig Harbour to enjoy a delicious meal in one of the good fish restaurants with a view of the harbour. The children will love to catch crabs from the jetty or explore the playground. And do not forget to visit the amusement park Sommerland Sjælland, which has been elected the best family event of the year.
