This lovely holiday house is located in quiet surroundings with a spacious terrace and garden. Only 1,2km from wonderful sandy beach.
Interior
The holiday house offers a really nice lounge. Here you can relax with a good book and a coffee. There is a big new kitchen/diner, where you have the possibility to play a game of cards, while lunch is being prepared. You have four good bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the other two with single beds. Plus a new bathroom and a separate toilet. The house is equipped with a big terrace, divided into an open and a covered section, where you can enjoy the sun from early till late, barbecue or just relax with a nice glass of wine. The house is surrounded by a spacious garden with room for ball games and play.
Location / the area
The holiday house is located in one of the region’s many cosy leisure areas. If you like walks or bicycle trips, this location is perfect. Do not forget to visit the fantastic sandy beaches. Here you can relax as well as indulge in various activities. The children will love a day in the amusement park Sommerland Sjælland. You can enjoy a good cup of coffee in one of the many cafés in Nykøbing or go exploring in some of the many farm shops in the area. You should also go to Klint, where you can challenge your strength in the fantastic nature by the former limestone quarry or enjoy a delicious brunch in Restaurant ”Det Vilde Køkken” (=the wild kitchen).
