Extremely well-kept holiday home on two levels. The house is located on a large plot surrounded by hedges. In front of the house there is a terrace with entrance to the living room. Behind the house is a screened area with sun terrace and covered barbecue area with a grill. From here there isan entrance to a lovely garden room furnished with table and chairs.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. In addition, the ground floor contains a large kitchen-dining room, the kitchen is well equipped with all necessary equipment, including microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The living room is furnished with a sofa group and an armchair as well as a large dining table that seats 10 people.
On the first floor there are 2 rooms; a bedroom with a three-quarter bed (140 cm) and a single bed as well as a walk-through room with a single bed, a large chest of drawers and a couple of armchairs. In addition, there is a cozy living room with sofa, soft armchairs and television, from the cozy living room there is access to a covered balcony overlooking the water.
The house has fiber network with 200/200. You find the freezer in the storage room.
The area
Bogense is an idyllic and charming harbor town with large marina, many shops, restaurants and an aqua park. The beach by the marina (Blue Flag) offers a very nice sandy beach and shallow water. On the idyllic old market place you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables once a week. Funen’s largest town, Odense, is 30 minutes away by car. Here you find, among others, the zoo, the house of HC Andersen and many exciting museums. Odense offers a large net of walking streets with all kinds of shops as well as nice cafés and restaurants. From the town center you can go on an idyllic boat trip on the river Odense Å.
