Spacious wooden holiday home with jacuzzi situated with a great view over the sea in the holiday home area Skåstrup Strand. The house was partly renovated in 2011 with a new bathroom and a new bedroom. It includes a cosy living room with dining section and open-plan kitchen as well as access to a covered terrace with a great view, 4 bedrooms, bathroom with jacuzzi and a guest toilet. There is another terrace behind the house.
The area
The beach in Skåstrup Strand is child-friendly with shallow water. Out of season there are excellent opportunities for windsurfing and fishing. Bogense is 8 km away from the area. Here you find the unique atmosphere which is typical for many towns on Funen with its small built-together houses and paved alleys. On the old market square you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables once a week. Odense, the largest town on Funen, is 30 minutes away by car. Here you can enjoy a great variety of exciting sights and attractions, such as the house of Hans Christian Andersen, the media museum Brandts Klædefabrik, the Danish Railway Museum, the zoo and much more. From the town centre it is possible to go on an idyllic boat trip on the river Odense Å. In the large walking streets there are many exciting shops, cafés and restaurants, and in the old town you can join guided watchman tours every evening during the summer period.
