Lovely and charming beam house situated in the scenic area of Lyby Strand. There is only 10 minutes’ drive to Skive. The house contains a large living room with high ceilings, wood burning stove, energy efficient heat pump and access to the terrace and garden. In addition there is an entrance hall, a kitchen in opening with the dining area and living room, a bathroom, 3 bedrooms and a small room with washing machine. A really cozy and holiday home close to a child friendly beach.
The area
Lyby Strand is an unspoiled holiday area with beautiful nature, a nice beach with a 100 m long bathing jetty and a restaurant. Here you find excellent opportunities for water activities such as fishing, windsurfing and swimming. The area is not far away from Skive with a large marina, many shops, cafés and restaurants as well as a large aqua park. Also some of the large attractions in the area such as the fun park Jesperhus Feriepark or the medieval Spøttrup castle are within reach.
