From the living room you can access the two terraces, one of which is a partly covered viewing terrace with a view across the Limfjord and the area. It is good bike area in Salling Nature Trail and Island Fur.
The area
Lyby Strand is an unspoilt holiday home area with a beautiful nature, a nice beach with a 100 m long bathing jetty and a restaurant. Here you find excellent opportunities for water activities such as fishing, windsurfing and swimming. The area is not far away from Skive with a large marina, many shops, cafés and restaurants as well as a large aquapark. Also some of the large attractions in the area such as the funpark Jesperhus Blomsterpark or the medieval castle Spøttrup castle are within reach.
