This luxurious holiday home provides all kinds of luxury which you can ask for and has a varied history which can be dated back to the 15th century. In 2007 a complete update inside and outside has been done of the farm´s 100 m long buildings. Today, this building fulfills all you can wish for during a luxurious stay. The update has been done with great caution, so the building´s history on the outside has been kept. The update has been done so perfectly that all 15 bedrooms which all have the original ceilings, have an individual access to the large terrace from where you can enjoy the stunning view towards the river valley Skjern Å valley with deers right in front of the door and Grey Herons by the riverside. Also the rare sea-eagle can be seen here. The bedrooms include all double bed, TV and own bathroom. A perfect base for those who invite for an unforgettable family gathering and for companies who desire different and inspring surroundings for their courses and conferences. The apartment also includes a large dining room where 50 persons can be seated and a well-equipped kitchen as well as a large sitting room with panoramic view. One of Lønborggaard’s main attractions is the 200 m2 tropical paradise with the huge 70 m2 swimmingpool as well as the 24 m2 children’s pool. Here you find everything you can wish for when the everyday stress is to be replaced by play, calmness and wellness. A fantastic match by the pool table or table-tennis table or within the many outdoor activities such as volleyball or basketball can turn a day into a perfect day. There is established a meeting room with free access to the Internet, projector and much more. It is possible to bed extra persons so 44 persons can stay here in total. The area
Lønborggaard is situated right in the unique nature area Skjern Å valley. You can move around in the area by walking, by bike, in the canoe or on the horse and you can cross the river Skjern Å either via the 2 majestic suspension bridges or with the 2 ferries which are being used like in the medieval days. The whole area is a paradise for those who love birds and fishing.
