Located on a really nice plot with good planting all around the house. A good partially covered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture and driveway to the car, as well as a nice lawn with room for ball games and lots of play for the whole family.

The holiday home is located in a quiet area, just 800 meters from Marielyst Beach and less than 1 km to Lubintorvet's grocery store, and 3 km to Marielyst Torv.
