The house is in older style but restored and maintained. Perfectly suited for shared family vacations and families with children, as the house has some children's facilities such as a sandbox, trampoline, baby swing, hammock, X box, etc.
The property is divided into 3 lengths. In the middle of the house is the meeting point of the dwelling: Kitchen / family room, the 2 living rooms and the master bedroom with attached bathroom. The kitchen, which is equipped with two ovens and everything needed for the holiday. Among other things. also a magnificent glass snap, where from the boiling island you have a panoramic view of your own tennis court.
In each of the two side lengths are separate bathrooms and bedrooms.
The property has a total of 5 bedrooms, which can accommodate 17 people, including 3 double bunk beds. Just as there are 4 toilets and 4 shower cubicles.
NOTE: The house is heated by an oil stove, and it is therefore much more expensive to heat the house in the cold winter months than normal holiday homes.
Outdoor
In the middle of the entire property is a large tiled courtyard, with several sun and cozy nooks, as well as garden furniture and barbecue.
The property also has a private tennis court and a wellness area with Sauna, which is of course for free use.

Med en super skøn beliggenhed, lidt nord fra Marielyst centrum og torv i 3. række fra vandet, finder man ikke et bedre sted at holde sin ferie, end i netop denne ejendom.
