At the end of the entrance, you enter the beautiful and bright kitchen-living room of the house, where the kitchen department contains everything the heart desires, while the rest of the room contains a dining table with chairs and a sofa bed. From the kitchen-dining room there is also access to the lovely terrace of the residence.
On the first floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed and good closet space, a bathroom with shower, WC and whirlpool, and a large lovely living room with sofa and TV. From the living room there is also access to a lovely balcony from which you can look out to the water.
Outdoor
The house includes a lovely partly covered terrace with garden furniture, as well as good parking conditions right at the door of the house.

With a very unique location with only 100 meters to the water's edge and only a stone's throw from the square, you will not get a more central location than here. The beach, shopping and restaurants are all just seconds away.
