From the living room there is also access to the terrace, from which there is a view of green common areas.

The holiday home is situated on 370 sqm of beautiful grounds, with many nice terraces, as well as a good carport. With a central location on Marielyst, in a lovely holiday home area, which offers both green common areas with plenty of room for ball games and play with the whole family, but also small rivers that extend throughout the area.
Location
The holiday home is located close to Marielyst square and the city center and only a stone's throw from the bowling center, and that the Golf Course and Golf & Fun are less than 2 km away and beautiful Marielyst Beach is approx. 1000 m away. In addition, there is only a short drive to Nykøbing Falster as well as Marielyst's many other activities.
