The country house is located between Ulvshale beach and the Stege city. Close up to UNESCO's Biosphere area. The house is placed at the end of a small gravel road, which only leads up to this house. There are 4 kilometres to the nearest shopping possibilities and 1 kilometre to the sea. Ulvshale bathing beach is placed ca. 3 kilometres from the house.
