Description
This idyllic wooden artist's summerhouse with preserved poems on the doors of the house, built in 1932 and renovated in 2004, is located on a large natural plot. The bench at the top of the hill with the magnificent view where the poet got his inspiration still exists. From both house and plot there are sea views. Inside there are wooden floors in the living room and linoleum floors in the kitchen. There is a newer bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, and freezer. The living room contains TV with satellite dish (digital), video, DVD player, stereo with CD player and built-in wood burning stove. There are 3 bedrooms; 2 with double beds and 1 with bunk bed. An energy-saving heat pump has been installed, which also acts as an air conditioner. Washer, dryer, fish cleaning area and extra freezer in the basement. This holiday home is located in an area with good fishing opportunities. It is 3 km to Langeland's best beach and 7 km to an 18-hole golf course. Note: Owner conducts weddings in the house and in the area.

The area around Humble on South Langeland offers a beautiful nature and rural charm. It is the perfect place to spend a holiday in calm and peaceful surroundings. Here you also find excellent fishing opportunities. Near Ristinge there is one of Langeland´s best beaches and a bird reserve. In Humble there are also shopping facilities and a restaurant.
