The area
The holiday home area Strandet is surrounded by beautiful nature by Hjarbæk Fjord which is between the towns Skive and Viborg. Skive is known for attracting surfers and sailors from all over the world. In Skive you also find a large aquapark. Viborg is known for its many shops, the cathedral and the Latin Quarter. The holiday home area is a paradise for those who love the nature and fishing. Within short reach there are many opportunities for angling in the put & take lakes and, of course, in the Limfjord. There are several marinas within short distance with many nice restaurants. Some of the other attractions in the area are the fun park Jesperhus Feriepark with lots of activities for children and adults as well as the open air museum Hjerl Hede.
