Interior
With the most beautiful location, you will find this extremely cozy and well-maintained holiday home. The house is furnished with a nice bright and cozy furnished living room with wood stove and heat pump. In connection with the living room you will find the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and cozy dining area. Nice bathroom with shower, washing machine and underfloor heating. The house has three cozy bedrooms: of which a room with a double bed, a room with a double sofa bed and a room with a single bed. The sleeping place can be found on a sofa in the living room.
Outdoor
The house is surrounded by several terraces, both open as well as covered with good garden furniture and grill. The beautiful garden is partly undisturbed and with opportunities for outdoor coziness and play. Here you will also find a campfire, where you can gather around on a warm summer evening. At the end of the plot there is a path that leads directly down to the fantastic beach - less than a 5 min. walk to it.
Location
The area around Skødshoved is a fantastically beautiful nature area. The beach is a mixture of stone and sandy beach - mostly sandy beach and with a blue flag. The house is not far from the small cozy marina in Skødshoved, where there are opportunities for crab fishing from the pier. The house is about 22 km to Ebeltoft town with its many attractions. Here you will find the Old Town Hall, where you can visit the old dungeon. From here, the singing guards leave in the evening at 20 and 21 when they patrol through the cobbled streets. It is definitely an experience you can’t miss. At the harbor in Ebeltoft you will find the Glass Museum, which is a leader in modern glass art. Here you will also find several cozy restaurants and cafés and here are opportunities to buy freshly caught fish every day. A visit to the Norths largest amusement park Djurs Sommerland can also be recommended and is a short hour's drive from the house.
