Description
Interior
A bright and nice little house with room for six adults. Tastefully decorated with focus on details and light wood panels on several walls.
The living room is divided into two sections, one of which has the character of a kitchen-dining room. Here there is also a good wood stove. The other part of the living room is the "TV room", where there are movie nights on the couch with both cozy socks and popcorn. Both living rooms have access to the terrace.
The kitchen appears bright and simple with large windows and access to a small terrace. Here both underfloor heating and heat pump (with cooling). Of course, with both freezer in the fridge and dishwasher.
The house has three smaller bedrooms. Two of them are with double beds, while the third bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together or stand separately.
Lovely bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Outdoor
The house has a large undisturbed garden, surrounded by trees. From here it is only 300 meters to the beach.
The holiday home has a large, partially covered southwest facing terrace with both sun loungers, large dining table and grill. On the opposite side of the house there is a further small terrace with a smaller dining area. This is accessed from both the kitchen and living room. Here there is, in other words, the opportunity to enjoy both the morning, noon and evening sun outdoors.
Location
They say that the sunset at Ahl beach is one of the most beautiful in East Jutland, with Molsbakker looming in the background. It also goes on to be a kitesurfing paradise. The water is child-friendly and shallow, so the windsurfers have to go far before it gets deep enough. The deciduous forest along the beach provides good shelter and it is easy to find your own private nook to enjoy a day at the beach in. Ahl beach has only four and five stars on Google Review.
From Rævevej you can bike for only 10 minutes, and then you are in the town of Ebeltoft. Ebeltoft is a cozy harbor town known for its old town center with cobbled streets and centuries-old half-timbered houses. Here is a rich cultural life and lots of small shops. From Ebeltoft there are approx. ½ hour drive to the Kattegat Center in Grenaa and to the Norths largest amusement park Djurs Sommerland.
