From here you can step out onto the wonderful terrace and the beautiful grounds. The living room is open-plan and connected to the attractive, very functional kitchen and dining area. Whether you are cooking in the kitchen, barbecuing on the terrace, relaxing on the sofa or socialising around the dining table, you will always be captivated by the fantastic view. The living space also includes three attractive bedrooms, each with a double bed (or the option to push beds together to form a double bed) and two beautiful bathrooms. There is also a large entrance area where you can easily park a pram or similar, and a hallway with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outdoor
The fantastic beachfront property enchants with a beautiful, varied view across the sea to Samsø and Helgenæs. Children and adults alike will love this property. Thanks to its size, it is ideal for playing and other outdoor activities. The large, beautiful and well-equipped wooden terrace faces the water and speaks for itself. It offers you various sheltered, cosy corners where you can enjoy a good cup of coffee in peace and quiet during the course of the day while being pampered by the sun. The sea and the beach are less than 100 metres from the house. For anglers, there is a convenient fish cleaning area.
Location
The area around Øer is a popular holiday destination close to the forest and beach. The beach is characterised by shallow water and sandy areas. In some places you will also find a mixture of sand and stones. Holidaymakers who enjoy cycling or mountain biking can look forward to a 13-kilometre MTB trail in the area, which is divided into different levels of difficulty. You can also reach the harbour of the charming town of Ebeltoft within five minutes. Here you can visit the Glasmuseet, one of the leading museums for modern glass art, and the famous frigate "Jylland" right next door. The harbour area also boasts several good restaurants and the opportunity to buy freshly caught fish. Be sure to take a stroll through Ebeltoft's cosy cobbled streets, where cosy cafés and small, interesting shops await your visit. The most visited sight in the old town is the old town hall "Det Gamle Rådhus", where countless couples from all over the world get married year after year. The fantastic Kattegatcentret in Grenaa and the largest amusement park in the north, Djurs Sommerland, are also just an hour's drive from your holiday home.
