This cosy, red wooden holiday home is situated in a pleasantly elevated position, giving you a view over the countryside towards Ebeltoft Vig and Mols. The house offers everything you need for a wonderful holiday, whether you want to enjoy a golf holiday with friends or a family holiday with your children or grandchildren. With a floor area of 120 m², this holiday home offers plenty of space and freedom of movement. The living room, dining area and kitchen form a harmonious, open-plan unit, allowing you to spend lots of valuable time together. The living room impresses with a cosy crackling wood-burning stove, a contemporary heat pump and comfortable furniture. You will enjoy spending time in this room, playing games together, reading a good book, eating together or watching an exciting film. The beautiful, open-plan kitchen will spoil you with a dishwasher, among other things. There are three beautiful bedrooms, each with a good double bed. The good, simple and modern bathroom includes a shower cubicle. The entrance area offers plenty of space to store your outerwear. There is also a large utility area with a washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and space to store your golf equipment and other bulky items.
Outdoor
The large garden of the holiday home is partially fenced - something that dog owners and parents of adventurous young children in particular are sure to appreciate. Enjoy the view of Mols from the west-facing terrace. To the east is a beautifully enclosed garden, where a cosy dining area, a campfire site and a climbing frame provide fun, relaxation and sociable moments for young and old.
Location
Holmens Bakker is a slightly hilly area. You live right next to the attractive golf course. The Blue Flag beach is just one kilometre away, as is the charming old trading town of Ebeltoft, where you will find great shopping opportunities, attractions and sights. In the harbour you will find the famous frigate Jylland and the interesting Glasmuseet, one of the leading museums in the field of modern glass art. The area around the harbour is also home to a wide variety of lovely restaurants, good fish shops and a wonderfully relaxed holiday atmosphere. In Ebeltoft's historic district, you will find charming shops and several good places to eat. Be sure to visit the enchanting old town hall, Det Gamle Rådhus, where countless couples from all over the world get married every year. During the summer months, the legendary night watchman awaits you at the old town hall at 8 and 9 p.m. and is looking forward to taking you for a stroll through the old, enchanted alleyways while singing. Just half an hour's drive will take you to the extremely interesting Kattegat Centre in Grenaa, where you can get up close to large sharks, among other things. Not far away, the largest amusement park in the north, Djurs Sommerland, invites you to spend an exciting and fun-filled day with the whole family.
