Interior
Close to one of Jutland's best bathing beaches, you will find this cozy and well-maintained holiday home. In 2019, the house has undergone a major renovation and contains: Cozy living room with wood stove and heat pump, and from here there is access to the conservatory and terrace. In connection with the living room is the beautiful kitchen with dishwasher. Lovely bathroom with underfloor heating and bathtub. The house has three bedrooms with double beds and a room with a single elevation bed. In the utility room/hallway there is access to washing machine and dryer. For the little holiday guests there is a highchair and a cot. There is internet in the house.
Outdoor
The house is located on a beautiful open plot that is suitable for play and outdoor coziness. The house has a nice large terrace, where you can sit and enjoy the last warm rays of the day, with a glass of wine in your hand while the steak simmers on the grill.
Location
The holiday home area around Grenaa Strand is a quiet, child-friendly and attractive area. Here you are close to forest, heath and beach. The beach is one of Jutland's best bathing beaches with dunes and pots, fine sand, sandy bottom and blue flag. Here you will also find the marina, which is filled with life throughout the summer and where you will find several good places to eat. Here you will also find the Kattegat Center, where it is possible to become wiser about life in the sea. From the port there is daily sailing to Varberg in Sweden and to Anholt. Grenaa City also offers shopping in the many cozy shops as well as a good lunch in one of their cafes. From Grenaa there are approx. 1/2 hour drive to the Norths largest amusement park Djurs Sommerland, where you can easily spend a whole day.
