Description
It is no exaggeration to say that you will live close to Ringkøbing Fjord when you vacation in this holiday home in Bork Havn: The town's popular surf beach waits almost 100 meters away, and from the first floor of the house you even have a view of the water when you relax in the living room or on the balcony.
Interior
The holiday home is part of a cluster of Bork Havn's classic wooden holiday homes from the 1970s, which are called “nest boxes”. This particular example has been remodelled and modernized, so that both the ground floor and the first floor present themselves in a cosy and well-arranged manner. On the ground floor you will find a dining kitchen with direct access to the terrace, and in addition the floor contains a nice bathroom, two double bedrooms and a conservatory. If you need to relax on a comfortable sofa, you can move up to the first floor, where a lovely living room with TV, wood-burning stove and alcove for two people is located.
Outdoor
Not only the fjord view, but also the fresh air can be fully enjoyed on the first-floor west-facing balcony. If you need to sit in the shade, you can sit down on the covered terrace, which is also situated west of the house facing the green lawn of the garden. In front of the holiday home there is the possibility to park the car on the gravel area at the end of the road.
Location
Thanks to its attractive location, you can quickly descend to the beach - whether you want to surf and kayak yourself, or simply admire the sunset and the scenic surroundings. If you are a beginner, you can sign up for a surfing course, and here it should be mentioned that the low water makes Ringkøbing Fjord an obvious place to join the exciting sport. If you would rather swim, you can go past the harbour to the small beach in Bork Havn, or you take the car and take the short trip to the North Sea. In addition to surfing and swimming, there are plenty of nature experiences and fun activities waiting in the local area, like go fishing, mountain biking, kayaking, visit Northern Europe's largest bird sanctuary and much more.
